Duties as a Secondary Teacher:

• Deliver planned lessons across a variety of subjects (or your specialist area)
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and pupil needs
• Provide feedback to the school and maintain continuity in students’ learning
• Support the school’s expectations for behaviour and safeguarding

Ideal Secondary Teacher:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in secondary schools (any subject specialism welcomed)
• Strong classroom management and adaptability as a Secondary Teacher.
• A calm, confident presence and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
• ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
