SEND Teaching Assistant – Secondary School (PMLD & ASD)

Axcis Education is proud to partner with a dedicated SEND secondary school in the SE6 area, catering for students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with complex needs. You will work closely with a small group of students requiring support with learning, communication, and daily care routines, including supporting pupils with ASD, PMLD, and challenging behaviors. Some students may need personal care, such as feeding and toileting, so applicants must be comfortable with this aspect of support.
