Are you a dedicated and experienced SENCO looking for a new challenge?
We are working with an Ofsted Outstanding school in the London borough of Newham that is always seeking exceptional Graduate Teaching Assistants to support students with additional needs.
Various opportunities are available to work with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, Autism, learning disabilities, sensory, and speech and language needs. We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate SENCO to join their team.
As SENCO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the school provides the highest quality education for all students, including those with special educational needs and disabilities. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to identify and support children requiring additional assistance, developing and implementing strategies to help them reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a SENCO with experience working with children with SEN and a deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice. You should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including parents, outside agencies, and other professionals.
NASENCO qualification is required for this role.
