Create Education are seeking a qualified SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in South Woodham Ferrers. You will handle planning and delivering lessons for ASD, SEMH and complex needs, with a focus on inclusive teaching in a school with outstanding provisions.
UK QTS is preferred but not essential; prior SEN or mainstream classroom experience is valued. The post starts as a short-term agency role with potential to go permanent if performance is strong.

They are always looking for top quality staff but are currently urgently looking for SEN Teachers who have experience teaching in either SEN or Mainstream schools. The school has a fantastic track record for developing staff through bespoke training and offering a clear career path and promotion plan. The role will start on a short-term contract through agency, but after a term will go permanent with the school if everything goes well and the school are happy with the performance of the SEN Teacher (Primary).
