Aspire People is seeking a Secondary SEN Teacher for a long‑term, full‑time role in Shrewsbury. You will teach across secondary age groups in a specialist SEN setting, delivering differentiated lessons and supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Teach pupils across secondary age groups in a specialist SEN setting.
• Deliver engaging, accessible, and differentiated lessons.
• Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other needs.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support where required.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and the SEN team.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
