About This Role

Job Title: Classroom Teaching Assistant

Location: Winsford

Leader Education are looking for a Classroom Teaching Assistant to support a Secondary School in the local area. Within this role you will be working closely with several different Subject Leaders providing support to children who require it. This role will be extremely varied and could entail you working with under or over achievers. You may be required to take group work or provide focus groups. This role will include break or lunch time duty on a rota basis.

Role Requirements

For this role you do not require experience, but it is desirable. You should be very energetic and have a great personality to work with children. You should have strong behaviour management and be proactive to think on your feet but most importantly be a team player. If you have a background in Youth Work, Sport, Army, Police, Prison or Creative Arts such as Music or Art then please apply!
