Job summary

Milk Education is seeking dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers to work across Durham and surrounding areas. You will deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3–KS5, fostering a positive learning environment and supporting pupils’ progress.

Collaboration with school staff ensures continuity of learning and high behaviour standards. The role offers flexible days with competitive pay and access to Milk Education’s CPD resources, wellbeing support, and a nationwide partnership network.

Qualifications

  • QTS or equivalent is required.
  • Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

  • Ability to provide two recent references.

Milk Education is seeking dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers to work across schools in Durham and surrounding areas. Requirements

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
