Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Secondary Teaching Assistant for a full-time, temporary role in Enfield. You will assist the class teacher, help prepare lessons, and support pupils across KS3 and KS4 in a busy secondary setting.

ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Prospero Teaching are working with a lovely secondesary school who are on the lookout for a TA to join them. The school is in Enfield, EN1.

The school is a popular mainstream Secondary School with a supportive senior leadership team.

The school is going from strength to strength and providing training to all staff.

Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 years experience working in a Secondary school setting (desired not essential)
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
