Job summary

Principal Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor to work in North London secondary schools. You will supervise lessons during short-term teacher absences, ensuring pupils stay on task and follow provided lesson plans.

We value individuals who are enthusiastic, proactive and supportive of students’ learning, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as training and ongoing support are provided.

• Demonstrates genuine passion for working in education.
• Capable of managing classroom behaviour.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role is desirable.
