Job summary

Principal Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor for secondary schools in North London. You will supervise lessons during teacher absences, ensuring students stay on task and follow lesson plans, while maintaining positive classroom behaviour.

This role offers flexible work arrangements, with opportunities across a network of North London schools and ongoing support from education consultants. DBS clearance and safeguarding procedures are required.

Qualifications

• Willing to undergo enhanced DBS check and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience as Cover Supervisor or similar role is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lessons during teacher absences.
• Ensure students stay on task and follow lesson plans.
• Maintain positive classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
