Remedy Education is seeking a passionate Religious Education (RE) teacher to join a secondary school in South East London. You will plan and deliver engaging RE lessons across the secondary age range, encouraging critical thinking and respectful discussion of beliefs and ethical issues.

The ideal candidate holds QTS or equivalent, has proven RE experience at secondary level, strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Formación

• Holds QTS or an appropriate recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching RE at secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and effective lesson planning skills.
• Be confident managing classroom behaviour and engaging students.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging RE lessons across the secondary age range.
• Encourage students to think critically and respectfully discuss different beliefs and viewpoints.
• Adapt teaching to support students with varying abilities and learning needs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment.
• Support students in developing their knowledge and understanding of religious and ethical issues.
