Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a fully qualified MFL teacher to join a Cardiff secondary school. You will teach KS3/KS4 classes in Spanish or French, with a focus on engaging delivery and effective behaviour management.

The contract runs for around 6 weeks, full-time, 8:30am–4pm, Monday to Friday, starting mid-June. Experience in UK secondary MFL and innovative lessons are welcomed.

Qualifications

Prospero are seeking a fully qualified, passionate and innovative MFL teacher to work in a secondary school in Cardiff. You will be required to teach KS3 and KS4 of varying abilities. The post is to last for around 6 weeks, possibly longer and specifically for a full time Spanish or French Teacher.

The schools have requested someone who has specific experience working in a UK secondary school teaching MFL and who can manage behaviour effectively.

• Fully qualified teacher with QTS

• Aim to strive towards good and outstanding standards
• ICT capable with interactive whiteboards etc.

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional references
• Qualifications (QTS)
