Job summary

Greenwich Partners Limited is seeking an Investment Associate to join its private equity secondaries team in London. The role focuses on origination and execution of investments for the fund across global secondary deals.

You will perform due diligence, build valuations, and manage deal execution from start to finish, including negotiation and structuring. 3–5 years’ experience in PE or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience required
• Background as Senior Analyst/Associate in PE or PE secondaries, or from top-tier banks/advisory

Responsibilities

• Carry out due diligence on potential secondary acquisitions
• Prepare valuations and build robust financial models
• Lead deal execution from initial term sheet to close
• Support deal negotiation and structuring with management and advisers
• Perform strategic analysis to assess future value of the secondary
• Manage relationships with external advisers and intermediaries
