Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Analyst experience from a private equity group or tier one investment bank is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on potential secondary acquisitions.
• Perform valuations and financial modelling for deals.
• Manage deal execution from inception to completion.
• Negotiate and structure deals effectively.
• Conduct strategic analysis to assess the value of secondary investments.
• Oversee management of external advisors.
