Job summary

Quantum Scholars is seeking a patient, experienced Secondary EOTAS Tutor to provide personalised one-to-one educational support to young people in Hereford. The role focuses on re-engagement with education, supporting academic, emotional and behavioural needs.

Experience in EOTAS, Alternative Provision, SEND or SEMH is desirable; in-person role; you will adapt lessons, track progress, and work with parents, schools and other professionals to promote safeguarding and positive learning attitudes.

Qualifications

• Experience in EOTAS, Alternative Provision, SEND or SEMH settings would be highly desirable.
• Experience supporting secondary-aged learners and adapting teaching to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one educational support to secondary-aged learners accessing EOTAS.
• Deliver tuition tailored to learners' age, ability and needs, including GCSE topics where appropriate.
• Build trusting relationships with learners, parents and schools, while ensuring safeguarding and confidentiality.
