Investment Associate, GP and LP led secondaries

Superb opportunity to join a leading secondaries private equity fund.

We are now working with a top name in private equity secondaries. They have a fantastic track record and a reputation as one of the premier firms in the sector.

They are now looking to recruit an Investment Associate into their team.

The role will involve working on the origination and execution of investments for funding global secondary deals.

Day-to-day, you will work on:

  1. Due diligence on potential secondaries acquisitions
  2. Valuations and financial modelling
  3. Deal execution from beginning to completion
  4. Deal negotiation and structuring
  5. Strategic analysis and assessment of the future value of the secondary
  6. Management of advisors

The successful candidate will have a background as follows:

Analyst/junior Associate from another private equity group or secondaries group.

Analyst/junior Associate from a tier-one investment bank or advisory firm.

The role is probably best suited to someone with 2-4 years of professional experience.
