An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Second Line IT Support Engineer to work onsite in London as part of our client's technical team. The role involves diagnosing and resolving user queries and tickets promptly, escalating issues when necessary, with face-to-face and remote support.
The position is based at their HQ in London, near Tottenham Court Road underground station. Immediate start is desirable, depending on candidate availability.
Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, onsite at London HQ.
