The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Second Line IT Support Engineer to work onsite in London as part of our client's technical team. The role involves diagnosing and resolving user queries and tickets promptly, escalating issues when necessary, with face-to-face and remote support.

The position is based at their HQ in London, near Tottenham Court Road underground station. Immediate start is desirable, depending on candidate availability.

Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop/Server OS, MS Office & M365, Exchange, Teams Telephony, Active Directory, Firewalls (Palo Alto), VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, SAN, Citrix, SQL Server, Aruba/Extreme Wireless, PRTG network monitoring
  • Knowledge of virtualization, TCP/IP networking, hardware installation/decommissioning
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both in person and via telephone
  • Ability to quickly learn new network environments and adapt
  • Punctuality, attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree or related IT qualifications are desirable but not essential
Working Conditions

Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, onsite at London HQ.

Package & Benefits
  • Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
