Responsibilities

• Provide second line IT support
• Support the collections desk
• Deliver and support the council's digital infrastructure, networks and technology platforms
• Protect services through cyber security, information governance and risk management
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture and technology standards
• Provide ICT service management, operational support and continuous service improvement
• Enable modern workplace technology and digital collaboration tools
• Ensure business continuity, resilience and disaster recovery arrangements are in place
• Manage technology suppliers, contracts and strategic partnerships
• Lead technology-enabled change and infrastructure improvement programmes
• Support secure, sustainable and cost-effective digital services
• Provide governance, assurance and technical expertise for organisational transformation
