There is a unique twist - early morning starts from 3 am - but our variety of shifts promise a vibrant and ever-changing work landscape.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guests always leave happy. What we're looking for in our Second Chef...

• Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• In-depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
• Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
• Understanding of hospitality management.
• Awareness of Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Excel in communication and leadership skills.
• Awesome at organising and multitasking.
• Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
