enthusiasts. We are now looking to expand our kitchen team with a skilled and
passionate Sous Chef

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Sous chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, a meticulous approach
to food preparation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure the highest quality and presentation of dishes.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient
    service.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Support the Head Chef and the Team

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant.
    Minimum 1 year experience.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Food Safety certification is a plus.
