A forward-thinking financial services provider in Manchester seeks a Second Charge Mortgage Advisor to handle warm leads and provide tailored mortgage advice. This role offers a basic salary of £27,415 - £35,154 (depending on CeMAP status), with an OTE of £41,000 - £50,000+. The successful candidate will work in an office for the first 6 months before transitioning to a hybrid model. • Location : Central Manchester (Office-based for the first 6 months, then transitions to hybrid)
• Salary : £27,415 - £35,154 basic (depending on CeMAP status) - OTE £41,000 – £50,000+
