Lush in Belfast is seeking a Seasonal Till Assistant to join the team during the festive period. You will greet customers, process fast till transactions and help shoppers complete their purchases with a smile.

This temporary role offers flexible hours (12–24 per week), training and development, a Living Wage pay rate, and benefits including staff discounts and a bonus scheme. You’ll contribute to a welcoming store environment and aim to leave customers with a positive impression.

The role

In this role, you’ll be the final point of call for customers, ensuring seamless cash and card till transactions and finishing their shopping journey with a smile. You’ll be expected to offer recommendations from the till point, and make sure every customer leaves with a lasting positive impression of LUSH, ensuring return custom.

With flexible shifts, a competitive hourly rate based on the Living Wage, and opportunities for bonuses, you’ll be well-supported through training and development to grow your skills.

Key Information
Hours available: 12-24 hour contracts available, with overtime opportunities.
