Seasonal Temporary Production Assistant - Day Shift

Department: Various

Employment Type: Seasonal - Full Time

Location: Poole - Nuffield Industrial Estate

Compensation: £12.25 / hour

Description

Estimated start date: June onwards

Various Departments - Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm or 6am-2pm (department dependent)

A Production Assistant is fundamental to our success. You will be an essential part of the team, gaining knowledge, honing your skills, and contributing to our unique departments. We value individual strengths and support each team member to achieve personal success, ensuring an enjoyable and informative experience.

The Job Role:

As a Production Assistant, your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Pressing: Hand pressing powders and mixes to achieve high-quality results
• Pouring: Hand pouring soaps, massage bars, and other products
• Picking: Selecting customer orders and gifts, a key part of production
• Packing: Packing gift boxes and finished products, from single items to pallets
• Shaping: Hand crafting simple and intricate designs with care
• Filling: Filling pots and bottles of various sizes by hand
• Labelling: Applying labels manually or with machines, including batch codes
• Wrapping & Ribboning: Wrapping, tagging, and ribboning gifts, often by hand, with attention to detail
