Job Responsibilities

In our Production Assistant roles, you will be expected to perform the following tasks, which may vary slightly depending on room allocation. The list below outlines the primary job requirements:

• Pressing - Hand pressing powders and mixes to achieve excellent results
• Pouring - Hand pouring soaps, massage bars, and other products
• Picking - Selecting customer orders and gifts, a crucial part of production
• Packing - Packing gift boxes and finished products, from single items to pallets
• Shaping - Hand crafting and shaping designs with care and precision
• Filling - Filling pots and bottles of various sizes by hand
• Labelling - Applying labels to items, either by machine or hand, including batch code labels
• Wrapping & Ribboning - Wrapping, tagging, and ribboning gifts, with some machine wrapping involved
