JD Sports Fashion PLC is seeking a Seasonal Store Colleague to support busy peak trading periods. You will assist customers, replenish stock and ensure presentations meet brand standards while collaborating with colleagues on daily store operations.

This role emphasizes a positive customer experience, accuracy in tasks, and adherence to health and safety policies in a fast-paced retail environment. Shift flexibility is required.

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.

• Replenish stock and help ensure products are available and presented in line with company standards.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays and stock areas remain clean, organised and well maintained.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, stock handling and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required, to contribute to the successful operation of the store during peak trading periods.

As a Seasonal Store Colleague, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver an outstanding experience during one of our busiest periods of the year.

You'll support the day-to-day running of the store by providing excellent customer service, replenishing stock, maintaining presentation standards and supporting your colleagues across the shop floor. Every interaction contributes to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers.
