Responsibilities:

  • Providing knowledgeable and seamless customer service to all customers entering the store.
  • Maintaining clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by being knowledgeable about current trends, in-store promotions, and store processes.
  • Driving sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Utilising in-store devices to offer the full product range to customers.
  • Providing alternatives and upselling opportunities at every chance.
  • Replenishing stock levels as needed to ensure full product range availability.
  • Ensuring products are correctly priced.
  • Deputising for other staff, working within departments, or performing other duties as required.
  • Representing JD Sports professionally at all times.
  • Conducting work safely and responsibly.

Role objectives and KPIs:

  • Providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Actively driving sales to support the store in meeting and exceeding financial goals.
