Job Title: Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Providing a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
2. Maintaining clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
3. Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by being knowledgeable about current trends, in-store promotions, and store processes.
4. Driving sales to meet and exceed targets.
5. Utilising in-store devices to offer the full product range to customers.
6. Providing alternatives and add-on sales at every opportunity.
7. Replenishing stock levels as needed, ensuring the full range is available on the shop floor.
8. Ensuring products are correctly priced.
9. Deputising for other staff, working within departments, or carrying out other duties as required.
10. Representing JD Sports professionally at all times.
11. Conducting work in a safe and responsible manner.
