Responsibilities:

1. Provide knowledgeable and seamless customer service to all customers entering the store.
2. Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
3. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by staying informed on current trends, in-store promotions, and store processes.
4. Drive sales to meet and exceed targets where possible.
5. Utilize in-store devices to showcase the full product range.
6. Offer alternatives and add-on sales opportunities.
7. Replenish stock levels as needed, ensuring the full-size range is available on the shop floor.
8. Ensure products are correctly priced.
9. Deputize for other staff, work within departments, or perform other duties as required.
10. Represent JD Sports professionally at all times.
11. Work safely and responsibly.

Role Objectives and KPIs:

1. Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Actively drive sales to support the store in meeting and exceeding financial goals.
3. Replenish stock on the shop floor promptly and accurately to maintain product availability.
