Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

1. Providing knowledgeable and seamless customer service to all store visitors.
2. Maintaining clean and organized stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
3. Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by staying informed on current trends, in-store promotions, and evolving store processes.
4. Driving sales to meet or exceed targets.
5. Utilizing in-store devices to showcase the full product range.
6. Offering alternatives and upselling opportunities whenever possible.
7. Replenishing stock levels as needed, ensuring the full-size range is available on the shop floor.
8. Ensuring products are correctly priced.
9. Deputizing for other staff, working within departments, or performing other duties as required.
10. Representing JD Sports professionally at all times.
11. Conducting work in a safe and responsible manner.

Role Objectives and KPIs:

• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Actively driving sales to support the store in achieving financial goals.
• Ensuring timely and accurate replenishment of stock to maintain product availability.
