Job summary

JD Sports in Scotland is seeking a Seasonal Store Colleague to help deliver an outstanding shopping experience during peak periods. You will assist customers, share product knowledge and keep the store looking its best.

You'll work as part of a friendly team, stay calm in a fast-paced retail environment and support with deliveries, stock handling and point-of-sale duties during the festive season.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Support the achievement of store and team objectives through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Replenish stock and help ensure products are available and presented in line with company standards.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays and stock areas remain clean, organised and well maintained.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, stock handling and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required, to contribute to the successful operation of the store during peak trading periods.
