Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC is hiring a Seasonal Store Colleague to help deliver an outstanding customer experience during one of our busiest periods of the year. You will assist on the shop floor, answer queries, replenish stock and keep presentation standards high.

You'll work as part of a supportive team, with flexibility to cover evenings and weekends during the festive trading period. This role offers valuable retail experience and opportunities to develop new skills within a leading

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
Ability to follow processes and pay attention to detail.
Retail experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
Support the achievement of store and team objectives through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Replenish stock and help ensure products are available and presented in line with company standards.
Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays and stock areas remain clean, organised and well maintained.
Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, stock handling and preparing deliveries.
Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
