Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a Seasonal Store Colleague to support the store during peak trading periods. You will deliver a welcoming experience, provide product information and help keep shelves stocked and presented to brand standards.

The role involves processing transactions, contributing to team goals and maintaining store presentation. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required during festive periods.

Qualifications

• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.
• Retail experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming customer service and product information.
• Help achieve store and team objectives through service and product knowledge.
• Replenish stock and present products to company standards.
• Maintain presentation across the shop floor.
• Process transactions and stock handling.
• Use in-store systems to support enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues for smooth daily operations.
• Assist with peak-period duties as required.
