Job summary

The Rothschild Foundation at Waddesdon Manor is seeking a Bus Driver to deliver superb visitor transport and customer service on the shuttle route. This fixed-term role runs until 29 November 2026 and requires a valid D entitlement driving license and up-to-date Driver CPC.

You will welcome visitors, drive the shuttle, perform safety checks, assist with boarding, and manage ticket sales while representing the Foundation in a professional manner. A friendly, proactive approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and ensure a safe, enjoyable shuttle experience.
• Drive shuttle bus on prescribed route during open hours.
• Adhere to speed limits and site regulations; complete safety checks.
• Keep driver hours log accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist visitors, including those with mobility needs and pushchairs.
• Upsell and process on-the-day bus tickets using card machine.
