Job summary

Fraserway RV LP in Bedford, NS is hiring qualified Shuttle Drivers for a part-time, seasonal role from April 2026 through mid-October 2026.

Provide service, assist with luggage, keep buses safe and clean, inspect for damages, and transport guests to and from the rental facility. Requires a valid Class 2 or 4 license with clean record, ability to lift 50 lbs, English skills, and weekend availability. Evenings and early mornings may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class 2 or 4 driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in driving passengers is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to work on weekends.
• Must provide references and undergo a criminal clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service including greeting and assistance with luggage.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bus.
• Inspect the bus for damages and ensure equipment is in working order.
• Adhere to traffic regulations and drive with seat belts.
• Transport customers to and from the rental facility.
• Perform other duties as required.

We're looking for qualified Shuttle Drivers to join our Rentals Team. This is a Part Time, Seasonal position for the period of April 2026 - mid-October 2026for our BedfordLocation.

Job Duties

• Providing customer service including greeting and assistance with their luggage
• Maintaining a safe environment for guests
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bus
• Inspecting the bus for damages and ensure that all the equipment are in working order
• Adhering to traffic regulations, using defensive driving skills and driving with seat belts.
• Transporting customers to and from the rental facility
• Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license ( Class 2 or 4 ) with a clean driver's abstract
• Have customer service experience
• Have experience in driving passengers
• Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs to assist customers with luggage
• Be able to read, write and speak English
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Be able to work on weekends

Must provide references and undergo a criminal clearance report during the hiring process

Work Conditions

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Shift work required, including evening, weekends and early mornings.
• Overtime may be required.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and to bending, twist, push, pull and carry equipment and supplies.
• Lifting or moving up may be required, including shovelling snow, carrying RV parts, and cleaning equipment/supplies.
• Manual dexterity required to operate cleaning equipment including power washers and hand tools.
