Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking a seasonal Santa to bring Christmas magic to families from mid-November to 24 December. Dress is provided; you’ll greet visitors, pose for photos, and hand out gifts with warmth and charm. This role focuses on creating inclusive, joyful experiences for all visitors.

Previous event-hosting or customer-service experience is a bonus. DBS checks and right-to-work in the UK are required, with induction/training before opening.

Qualifications

• Basic DBS required and evidenced before start date
• Right to work in the UK
• Induction/training session before grotto opens

Responsibilities

• Bring Christmas magic to life for families at the grotto, greeting guests and handing out gifts with warmth
• Host Santa breakfasts and create a festive experience for children and adults
• Be the ambassador of festive cheer at Santa Paws and ensure inclusive experiences for all visitors
• Deliver a magical grotto experience with training and support from fellow Santas and Elves
