Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres is seeking a festive Santa for a seasonal grotto role in the UK. You will greet families, listen to wish lists, pose for photos and hand out gifts with warmth and charm, while hosting Santa Breakfasts and Santa Paws activities.

No Santa experience is required, just warmth and presence. DBS indemnity, right to work in the UK, and a short induction are essential. Start 16 November, end 24 December; generous team benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and storytelling ability
• Experience hosting events or pantomime is a bonus
• Warm, friendly presence with kids and families

Responsibilities

• Greet families in Santa grotto and engage children with wish lists and photos
• Host Santa Breakfasts and festive events to create memorable mornings
• Be a festive ambassador at Santa Paws activities
• Provide inclusive experiences with coaching from fellow Santas and Elves
