Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres is seeking a Santa Claus performer for the festive grotto season in the UK. You will greet families, listen to wish lists, pose for photos, and hand out gifts with warmth and charm to create a memorable visit.

Experience in customer service or event hosting is a bonus; Santa experience is not required, just warmth and presence. Training and DBS clearance will be provided, with start mid-November and end on 24 December.

Qualifications

• Excellent storytelling and warm, festive presence to engage families.
• Patience with children and adults, ability to adapt to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet families in the grotto, listen to wish lists, pose for photos and hand out gifts.
• Host Santa's Breakfasts and Santa Paws events to create magical experiences.
• Act as festive ambassador and ensure inclusive experiences with training provided.
