Job summary

ProCook Ltd. is seeking friendly Seasonal Sales Advisors to join our Glasgow store during the peak season. This temporary part-time role is 12 hours per week with shifts mainly 3 x 4 hour late-night slots across Monday to Friday.

You will help customers, share product knowledge and keep shelves stocked to ensure a great shopping experience during the busy period. We offer a Real Living Wage (£13.45 per hour), a 40% colleague discount after four weeks, structured training and the chance to grow

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Flexible with shifts during peak season
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the perfect gift and cookware among ProCook's range
• Share knowledge of cookware and kitchen essentials to assist purchases
• Keep shelves stocked with customer favourites and maintain store presentation
• Support late-night and peak trading period shifts across Glasgow store
