Job summary

ProCook in Glasgow is hiring Seasonal Sales Advisors for the peak trading period. This temporary part-time role is 12 hours per week, with 3 x 4-hour late-night shifts across Monday to Friday.

You will help customers find gifts, share knowledge about cookware, stock shelves, and support a fast-paced store environment. The role offers £13.45 per hour, Real Living Wage, plus a 40% colleague discount after four weeks and structured training.

Qualifications

Join ProCook this Peak Season and help us serve up an exceptional shopping experience.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Advisors to join our team during our busiest time of the year. Whether you're helping customers find the perfect gift, sharing your knowledge of cookware and kitchen essentials, or ensuring our shelves are fully stocked with customer favourites, you'll play an important role in making our stores a great place to shop.

This is a temporary part-time contract working 12 hours per week throughout our peak trading period, including the Holiday Season and New Year in our Glasgow Store. The shifts will be mainly 3 x 4hr shifts late nights across Monday to Friday.

The key ingredient we're looking for? Flexibility and Great Customer Service.

You'll need to be available to work a variety of shifts throughout the peak trading period, including evenings to support late-night shopping, weekends, Black Friday, Christmas Eve and New Year. Flexibility is essential as this is our busiest season.

A seasonal role is a fantastic way to get to know ProCook. While we can't guarantee a permanent position, some of our Seasonal Sales Advisors have gone on to build longer-term careers with us when opportunities have arisen.
