Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Lead to create personalized shopping experiences and drive brand loyalty in our London-area stores. You will greet customers, answer questions, and uphold our service training standards while promoting sustainability and brand initiatives.

You will manage cash transactions, assist with inventory, and ensure the store presents products according to Visual Merchandising guidelines. A friendly, team-driven attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Excellent team building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information about products and policies.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory, stock products, and ensure visual merchandising standards are followed.
• Maintain a clean back-stock area and support a positive, respectful workplace.
