Job summary

Deckers stores are seeking a proactive Sales Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences and represent our brand with enthusiasm. You will stay informed on products, promotions, and sustainability commitments while guiding customers and supporting team members.

You will operate the cash register, manage inventory, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met. A High School Diploma and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Communicate policies, returns, and product information.
• Operate cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and stock merchandise.
• Maintain clean back-stock and break areas; follow Visual Merchandising standards.
• Promote the store image and adhere to dress code.
• Foster a positive team environment and recognize outstanding performance.
