Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a customer-focused team member in Sheffield to deliver a signature guest experience, handle point-of-sale duties, and maintain visually engaging displays. You will support stockroom operations, learn brand retail standards, and participate in promotional activities and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage cash register functions with a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment and uphold LEGO Brand Retail standards
• Operate store stockroom and assist with merchandise receiving while following safety regulations
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed
• Engage customers with LEGO promotions and loyalty programs
• Support store operations and daily duties as required

Job description

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
• C ustomer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty
