Job summary

The LEGO Group in Leeds is seeking friendly, customer-focused staff to ensure a signature experience for every guest. You will greet customers, handle cash, and maintain LEGO store displays in a hybrid work setting.

This role emphasizes guest engagement, using promotional materials and loyalty programs, with emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment across our stores and offices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform all cash register functions while maintaining a professional, gracious and engaging demeanor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment and uphold LEGO visual standards.
• Assist in receiving and stockroom organization in line with store safety rules.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and reportchallenging situations to manager
• Customer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
