The LEGO Group in Birmingham is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for a part-time role. You will greet guests, operate the till, and ensure the store reflects LEGO Brand Retail standards.

You will contribute to a clean, engaging shopping environment, assist with stock and merchandising, and support customer engagement through promotions and loyalty programs. A collaborative, optimistic mindset is valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle all cash register duties, and present a professional, friendly manner.
• Keep the store clean and visually appealing, maintain displays per LEGO Retail standards.
• Operate the stockroom safely, assist receiving merchandise, and flag shortages.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Engage customers with promotions and loyalty programs.
• Support general store operations as required.

## Seasonal Sales AssociateApply: Birmingham: Part time: Posted Today: 0000038787**Job Description**Core Responsibilities:• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager• Customer engagement • Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs • Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in dutyApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
