Overview

To be a Seasonal Sales Assistant at The Entertainer you must be:

• Reliable and flexible in what hours you can work, there may be the chance of extra hours too if we're busy!
• Approachable and confident to deliver excellent customer service
• Physically fit and able to move stock around the store, working with deliveries and pallets on your own and as a team
• Willing and able to help out when needed in our local Tesco concession space. Merchandising, keeping the shelves full, talking to customers and handling deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations during busy periods, including restocking and merchandising to keep shelves full and inviting.
• Deliver excellent customer service, assist customers, and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with deliveries and stock movement, working both independently and as part of a team.
• Support the local Tesco concession space as needed.

Key Information about this role

• Rates of Pay: 16-20 year olds - £11.00 per hour; 21-year-old plus - £12.21 per hour
• Contract end date: 3rd January 2026
• Our stores are open 7 days a week, weekend availability (including Sundays) required
• Hours available: 12-hour per week contract (typically 4-hour shifts over 3 days or two 6-hour shifts); 20-hour per week contract (typically 4-hour shifts over 5 days)
• There may be opportunities to work extra hours depending on trade
• All Seasonal Sales Assistant contracts include working Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Year’s Eve
