• Provide excellent customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
• Identify customer needs and answer product related questions
• Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators
• Take every opportunity to capture customer data to expand TWC database and encourage customer loyalty
• Work positively with colleagues, supporting the team during this busy period
• Take pride in representing The White Company values and behaviours
