Job summary

The White Company in Manchester is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor to support stores during the Christmas peak. You will deliver warm service, share product knowledge, and help customers feel welcomed and confident in their choices.

You will work with the team to meet store and KPI targets, capture customer data for loyalty, and embody The White Company values in every interaction. Shifts vary by location and hours during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunity
• Identify customer needs and answer product related questions
• Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators
• Take every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand TWC database and encourage customer loyalty
• Work positively with colleagues, supporting the team during this busy period
• Take pride in representing The White Company values and behaviours
