Job summary

The White Company in Oxford is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor to help create a magical Christmas experience for customers. You will deliver warm service, share product knowledge, and support the team during our peak period.

You will identify customer needs, answer questions about price and features, and help achieve store targets while building loyalty data. Availability for extended hours and weekends is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
• Identify customer needs and answer product related questions including price, features and benefits
• Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators
• Take every opportunity to capture customer data to expand database and encourage customer loyalty
• Work positively with colleagues, supporting the team during busy periods
