Job summary

The White Company in Liverpool is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor to deliver a warm and helpful in-store experience during the Christmas period. You will help customers feel welcome, informed, and confident in their choices while representing our brand with care and enthusiasm.

As part of the store team, you’ll build product knowledge, support colleagues, and drive sales during peak hours. A positive attitude and passion for exceptional service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunity.
• Identify customer needs and answer product related questions regarding price, features and benefits.
• Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators.
• Take every opportunity to capture customer data to expand The White Company database and encourage customer loyalty.
• Work positively with colleagues, supporting the team during this busy period.
