Job summary

ProCook is seeking friendly Seasonal Sales Advisors to join our Cirencester store during the peak trading period. This part-time role (12 hours per week) supports evenings and weekends, with duties including helping customers choose gifts and cookware, and keeping shelves well stocked.

We offer training to build product knowledge, a real Living Wage, and a generous staff discount. This is a seasonal position with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is desirable.

Join ProCook this Peak Season and help us serve up an exceptional shopping experience.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Advisors to join our team during our busiest time of the year. Whether you're helping customers find the perfect gift, sharing your knowledge of cookware and kitchen essentials, or ensuring our shelves are fully stocked with customer favourites, you'll play an important role in making our stores a great place to shop.

We have a part-time contract working 12 hours per week throughout our peak trading period, including the Holiday Season and New Year in our Cirencester Store.

The key ingredient we're looking for? Flexibility and Great Customer Service.

You'll need to be available to work a variety of shifts throughout the peak trading period, including evenings to support late-night shopping, weekends, Black Friday, Christmas Eve and New Year. Flexibility is essential as this is our busiest season.

A seasonal role is a fantastic way to get to know ProCook. While we can't guarantee a permanent position, some of our Seasonal Sales Advisors have gone on to build longer-term careers with us when opportunities have arisen.
